This Privacy Policy explains how DesignLumo (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our Service.

2. How We Use Information

- Provide and operate the Service.
- Process subscriptions, credits, and billing workflows.

To deliver AI features, prompts and design-related content may be processed by third-party model providers.
Where possible, we apply minimization and anonymization approaches for provider-side processing.
5. Free vs Paid Content Handling
- Free users: generated design outputs may be reused, displayed, or showcased by DesignLumo.
- Paid users: designs are not publicly shared by DesignLumo; they are used for service delivery, support, operational review, and provider processing needed to run the Service.
6. Human Access and Review
Authorized personnel may access prompts, chats, design requests, design history, and usage logs for support, troubleshooting, QA, safety, abuse prevention, and service operations.
This review may occur whether or not content is flagged.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information:
- With service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, AI/model infrastructure, support tooling) under contractual controls.
- For legal compliance, enforcement, security, or rights protection.
- During corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization), subject to applicable safeguards.
We do not publicly disclose personal account information as part of design showcases.
9. Data Retention
We retain data as needed for:
- Service operation and account management.
- Legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations.
- Security, dispute resolution, and policy enforcement.
Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirements.

You can also close your account and manage communication settings in-product where available.
